2U.CHAT (Brighsun) warrants that the 2U-BSL200-NOVA will maintain at least 70% of its nominal energy for ten (10) years from the warranty start date, or a minimum throughput energy of 30 MWh — whichever occurs first.
10-year standard product warranty
Starts on the earlier of (a) 6 months after manufacture date, or (b) date of first installation.
70% performance warranty
Nominal energy retention guarantee across the 10-year warranty term under specified operating conditions.
Repair or replacement
During the warranty period 2U.CHAT will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective parts free of charge.

Covers all defects in workmanship and materials under normal application, installation, use and service.
